Natalie Zuniga Georgy

Natalie currently serves as Senior Consultant supporting the system patient experience teams and has been part of the Houston Methodist family since 2017. Prior to joining PEX, Natalie has served in various of roles from Training Specialist in the Leadership and Learning team to Academic Educator in the Office of Curriculum and Educational Development working with physicians, clinicians, faculty, and residents/fellows. She is passionate and enjoys learning about teams, strengths, learning behaviors, experiential learning, patient experience, service, and sees organizations as a living, breathing, and moving organism. Natalie is motivated by developing and guiding individuals, departments, and organizations to reach their vision and goals to positively impact healthcare. She earned her Master’s in Science in Positive and Organization Development and Change from Case Western Reserve University and is certified in Emotional Intelligent Leadership, Executive Coaching, Appreciative Inquiry in Positive Business and Society Change, Situational Leadership, Crucial Conversations, and StrengthsFinder via Tribal Performance.
