A PhD Nursing researcher with a master’s degree in healthcare management, goal-directed healthcare administrator proficient in leadership, project management, and ensuring evidence-based, cost-effective quality patient care delivery.

Key Accomplishments:

• Led Eastern Health Cluster Nursing Affairs in winning the Saudi Patient Safety Centre’s 2023 Patient Care Quality Award for EHC’s Transition of Care Nursing Program (TOC)
• Led King Fahad Specialist Hospital Dammam (KFHSD) Nursing Team in successfully launching and operating the Green Hall covid vaccination center in 2020/2021
• Conferred with Daisy Nurse Leader Award in 2021
• Successfully guided KFSHD to become the first Ministry of Health Hospital and the third in the Kingdom to earn Magnet Accreditation
• Managed KFSHD’s nursing team to win the NDNQI Nursing Quality Award in 2019, making it the only non-US facility among six recognized
• Actively advancing Saudization of Nursing positions and aligning with Vision 2030 objectives at KFSHD and EHC
• Addressed critical staffing challenges at designated Covid-19 Hospitals during the initial pandemic phase
• Collaborated with stakeholders to review and create new Cluster-wide job descriptions, policies, and procedural guidelines
• Implemented efficient professional development and succession planning programs.
