Currently serving as the Chief of Nursing Affairs for the Eastern Health Cluster (EHC) in KSA. A PhD Nursing researcher with a master’s degree in healthcare management, goal-directed healthcare administrator proficient in leadership, project management, and ensuring evidence-based, cost-effective quality patient care delivery.
Key Accomplishments:
- Led Eastern Health Cluster Nursing Affairs in winning the Saudi Patient Safety Centre’s 2023 Patient Care Quality Award for EHC’s Transition of Care Nursing Program (TOC)
- Led King Fahad Specialist Hospital Dammam (KFHSD) Nursing Team in successfully launching and operating the Green Hall covid vaccination center in 2020/2021
- Conferred with Daisy Nurse Leader Award in 2021
- Successfully guided KFSHD to become the first Ministry of Health Hospital and the third in the Kingdom to earn Magnet Accreditation
- Managed KFSHD’s nursing team to win the NDNQI Nursing Quality Award in 2019, making it the only non-US facility among six recognized
- Actively advancing Saudization of Nursing positions and aligning with Vision 2030 objectives at KFSHD and EHC
- Addressed critical staffing challenges at designated Covid-19 Hospitals during the initial pandemic phase
- Collaborated with stakeholders to review and create new Cluster-wide job descriptions, policies, and procedural guidelines
- Implemented efficient professional development and succession planning programs.
