Tina has over 20 years of progressive experience as a healthcare executive in the GCC in healthcare planning, commissioning, strategy deployment, workforce optimization, and the use of quality as a core business strategy. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Nursing, a master’s degree in Demography, a teaching degree in health education, and a doctorate in Business Administration (Healthcare Leadership) with a research focus on transformational, leadership from California University in Irvine, United States. She is a certified healthcare quality (CPHQ) and patient safety professional (CPPS). In addition, she is one of the few certified Evidence-based healthcare planners (EDAC) in the region, having completed a program in Healthcare Planning and Designing at Cornell University in New York. She has held numerous positions as a healthcare administrator, led multiple healthcare commissioning projects, provided healthcare consultancy services, and continues to teach academic courses on healthcare planning and operational topics.
